Slow Down

Slow down and hear yourself breathe.

Slow down and feel your butt in the seat.

Slow down and clear your mind.

Slow down and feel your the air coming in and out of your nostrils. Notice your lungs and stomach inflate and deflate.

Slow down and genuinely smile when you say hello to someone.

Slow down and look into the eyes of the person you’re speaking to.

Slow down and recognize the thoughts that are coming to you.

Slow down and see the bark on the tree you just walked by.

Slow down and smell the air you’re breathing.

Slow down and identify where that thought that crossed your mind came from.

Slow down.

Be present.
